School staff, parents and students can gain access to your school system through sign-up forms your school's log in pages. Staff and Parent registrations received online are automatically checked for validity, then sent to the school principal by email for final approval. Student registrations are sent to an authorized parent for approval.
Once approval is granted, the new user's initial login credentials are automatically generated and sent by email to the user. The user registration and authentication system is completely automated.
Yes. As an internet-based solution, we use defence level security and privacy protocols. All information is securely transmitted via the latest encryption and decryption technologies. Your information are safe and secure at all times.
Yes and it is easily accessible. You can see the history of a student from the moment they enter the school up till they graduate, and student reports and transcripts are always available to parents and students long after they leave the school.

Each school on the iSchool TT network is also provided with a unique web address like http://YourSchool.ischooltt.com. This is your school's home page on the web, and includes links for your staff members, teachers, parents and students to log into the school management information system.
All your sensitive user information is private. Users have access to their own personal information, but not to sensitive or private information on any other user.
The system provides and manages multiple access levels for teachers and staff, restricting access to sensitive school information on a need-to-know basis based on each user's role.
Absolutely. Cancel the service at any time. We even provide data portability services to assist migrate your historical data to another system at any time.
We have built an interface that is intuitive and easy to understand from the start. There are training videos in the help and support sections of the site explaining the use of various forms and screens. If you require further training, we can provide inhouse training to your users for an additional cost.
The iSchool servers are protected by industry standard SSL security ensuring all information transmitted is encrypted. We also maintain a Disaster Recovery (DR) facility and secure load balancers at our data centres to ensure that if anything does go wrong, we can easily recover your data. We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our services.
School data stored on the ischool system belongs to the school, and the school principal has final authority over all school data on the system. Should you decide to cancel the iSchool service at any time, schools may download or have their data emailed to the School Principal, and optionally have it erased from the iSchool TT servers.
We also provide data portability services to help migrate your historical data to another system.
